1. Have you always been as healthy as you are now? Please explain.
I'm always healthy, I work out my body almost everyday since 3 years ago and here I am, with this healthy body.
2. What particular health habits in the following areas do you practice, that contribute to your level of health?
Nutritional Habits : I'm not really careful with my food. I mean, I don't really eat fruits and vegetables every time I eat. If there is vegetables and fruits I would eat it, if no I won't
Fitness Habits : I have some fitness equipments in my house so practically I work out whenever I want to do it.
Coping with Stress : Do sports and when you get tired, just go sleep. You will get better after you wake up
Dealing with Conflicts : I hate conflicts, and I always say "What ever" if I'm on the conflict
Keeping a Positive Attitude : Hang out only with the good people
Any Additional Healthy Habits : I've never smoke, and I will never smoke even just a single cigarette
3. How did you develop these habits? Please explain.
Keep my positive thinking, that a good healthy lifestyle will make me live longer .
4. What motivates you to practice a healthy lifestyle?
Like I said before, healthy lifestyle makes me live longer
