Based on the charts and diagrams below, the nutrients intake for that day is more than day 1. Though the number of calories eaten and calories burned aren't pretty far. It might be because the are more the activities on day 2  than day 1, which burned more calories and almost reach the calories eaten.

Food pyramid
The food pyramid below tells what is the recommendation for the food I should take daily. It is based on my age, height, and weight.

Food Table
The %-RDA/Al graph above shows the calories from every single food eaten on the second day. This information is more specific. The calories, quantity, size, and the information about the fat, carbohydrate, protein in grams. The total calories taken on day 2 is 2,304 calories. This number is close to the recommended calories that people should take daily, which is 2,000 calories. Compare to the calories taken on day 1, it is so far to reach 2,000 calories because the calories taken was two times the recommendation, which is 4,016 calories.

Pie Chart
The pie chart above give the percentage of fats, carbs, protein, and alcohol. The carbohydrate intake almost equal to protein and fat. The 283.4 grams carbohydrate is in the recommendation number that is around 250-300 grams a day. The fat and the protein also balanced, because people need 85-100 grams of fat and 100-125 grams a day. But it is also depends on the weight and height of the person.

Diagram nutrients

The diagram above shows the nutrients intake. The line that is located on the 100.0 is the recommendation number of the intake. The lowest nutrient is fiber, it is 35 percent. Although it is the lowest number, it doesn't mean that it is saver than other nutrients that passed up the number 100. If the percent number is too big, it means so much is taken on that nutrient. For example, the iron, it is 435 percent it is not low but over consumed. The biggest percent number is vitamin B-12, it is 3,202

Table Activity

On that day, there were not many activities I did because I had to go with my relatives because they wanted shopping but I usually sleep 8 to 10 hours during weekend. However, sleeping too much increase greater risks of diabetes, oversleep can also cause obesity. Experts typically recommend that adults should sleep between seven and nine hours each night. Meanwhile,  I always sleep less then 7 hours during weekdays which may cause heart disease, heart attack, heart failure, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes. It also decreases the activity of the brain.

The most dangerous drug

The most dangerous drug is methamphetamine usually called crystal meth or just meth. In my opinion, crystal meth is far more dangerous than heroin because once you take one hit of crystal makes you crave it for as long as 20 years. It sends message to your brain that makes you high and feel really happy like you just won a 1milliom dollar lottery for 6hours. This drug is very addictive (one of the hardest drugs to get off of)

Food and exercise anaysis, weekday

The pie chart above shows the percentage of fats, carbohydrates, protein and alcohol that I took in my body that day. Basically, the nutrients I get within the weekdays are quite much on fats. Therefore, according to the nutrition pie chart, it is true that the biggest number percentage of all is fat which is almost half the percentage (45%) following with the carbohydrates (36%); the smallest is protein (19%) and alcohol (0%).

According to my recommended daily allowance, the number that the site recommend for me is about 2200 calories. If I compare to the calories that I took in on Thursday, it was almost half the recommended number of calories for me. It was obviously unbalanced, 4016 calories on that day, and my daily recommended calorie is only 2200 calories.
The diagram above shows the nutritions with the save number of 100. Most of the groups are way off the chart. Groups that placed nearest to the 100 is magnesium.
Foods that rich in magnesiom is spinach, it is the richest sources of magnesium, other foods that rich in magnesium are beans, nuts and unrefined grains. It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, keeps heart rhythm steady, supports a healthy immune system, and keeps bones strong. In the other hand, too much magnesium can cause serious health problems, including nausea, vomiting, severely lowered blood pressure, slowed heart rate, deficiencies . Other groups that placed near 100 are vitamin A and vitamin E.
The table above is similar to the diagram before. It shows the nutrients intake more detail. The red colors show RDA percentage that I have to aware of. Furthermore, the green colors are way off the 100% which is good for me to gain weight. The weakest group is vitamin C, it is an antioxidant and can protect your body from free radicals, which may cause heart disease and cancer. Too much vitamin C may not be harmful, but it can develop symptoms such as kidney stones and diarrhea because it is an acid.Too prevent heart disease and cancer, I should consume more vitamin C but also not too much to avoid kidney stones and diarrhea.

The information above shows the recommended size of foods that I need to aim daily. Besides that, I also need at least 30 minutes more physical activity for most of the days because I do physical activity not longer than 30 minutes.

The information above says that I don't do physical activities a lot, I only play football for about 15 minutes a day. So I don't a lot of physical activities within weekdays because if I do a lot of exercise, I would just lose weight caused by more calories burned. For example, if I jog for about 30 minutes, it is equals to 7.5% of my day. So I just spend most of my time seating.

I know what usually happen if a person does the same diet as mine, that the person would just be overweight for a long period of time. My achievement in the future is to gain and get the ideal weight of my height, but not to be overweight even though I eat a lot of foods contain fats.
I'm 16 year old male with the height of 5 feet 9 inches tall and the weight 130 lbs, in a research somewhere, the ideal weight of a person with the age and height of mine is 150 lbs. Meaning, I need to gain 200 more pounds to get the ideal weight. Logically, I have to gain weight by eat more food.

Stress & Coping ideas

The thing that stresses me out

Basically, there are many things that make my stress lever gets higher. Such as schoolwork, social life especially with friends, family issues, motivation to do well on something, and all. But to me, there is only one thing that makes me stress. When I want to get the main point from anything like when I'm trying to understand what people say or when I'm learning something and it's really hard to understand what I really need to know, that is my problem.

If I go back to all my problems that stress me out, it's all related to what I said before. You get stress when it's hard for you to understand things that teachers taught you, you get stress when you are arguing with your family because you or they can't understand what each other say, you get stress when you have no idea about how well you do something, even when people can't understand what you say. Again, to me it's all related.

What helps me cope with stress

Other things that reduce my stress level :
  • Hang out with friends
  • Listening to music with full volume at rooftops

Teachers can also have more stress level than their students
